The digital dollar,
fully backed and verifiable.
Direct USD (DUSD) is a stablecoin backed 1:1 by USDT locked in a public smart contract. Mint and redeem at exactly $1, any time, and check the reserves yourself — live, on-chain.
Simple, transparent, always 1:1
No banks, no paperwork, no hidden balance sheet. The rules are written in a verified smart contract that anyone can read.
Deposit USDT
Send USDT to the DUSD swap contract from any BNB Chain wallet. It's locked there as reserve.
Receive DUSD 1:1
The contract mints exactly the same amount of DUSD to your wallet — no fees, no slippage.
Redeem any time
Send DUSD back and the contract burns it and returns the same amount of USDT. Instantly, on-chain.
Mint and redeem at exactly $1
Trade directly with the reserve contract at a fixed 1:1 rate. Works with MetaMask and Trust Wallet's built-in browser.
Your wallet
Buying takes two quick confirmations the first time — an approval for USDT, then the buy. Redeeming is a single transaction. Each transaction needs a small amount of BNB for network gas.
On PancakeSwap the price is set by the market and a 0.25% pool fee applies. Here the rate is always exactly 1:1.
Proof of reserves, in real time
No monthly attestations to wait for. Every figure below is read directly from BNB Smart Chain each time this page loads.
Minted only against USDT
New DUSD is created only when the same amount of USDT is deposited. Nobody can mint without collateral.
Redeemable 1:1 by any holder
Every holder can redeem DUSD for USDT through the contract, without asking anyone's permission.
Reserves cannot be withdrawn
The reserve contract has no withdraw function. USDT leaves only through redemptions or capped fraud refunds.
Things you should know
Reserves are held in USDT, so DUSD depends on USDT's value. The operator can pause swaps and freeze addresses involved in fraud. The contracts have not yet been independently audited.
Liquid on PancakeSwap
DUSD trades against USDT in a PancakeSwap V2 pool, so it also appears in DEX aggregators and wallet swap screens.
Buy low, redeem at $1
If DUSD trades under $1 on the pool, anyone can buy it there and redeem it here for exactly 1 USDT.
Mint at $1, sell high
If DUSD trades over $1, anyone can mint it here for 1 USDT and sell it in the pool.
The price returns to $1
This arbitrage keeps the market price anchored to the redemption price.
Every permission, disclosed
Built on OpenZeppelin's audited libraries. The DUSD token is owned by the reserve contract, so supply can only grow when USDT comes in. Here is exactly who can do what.
| Function | Who | What it does |
|---|---|---|
transfer / permit | Any holder | Send and receive DUSD in any BEP-20 wallet. EIP-2612 permit allows gasless approvals. |
buy | Anyone | Deposit USDT and receive the same amount of newly minted DUSD. |
sell | Any holder | Burn DUSD and receive the same amount of USDT from the reserve. |
mint | Reserve contract only | Called only inside buy. No person can mint DUSD directly. |
pause | Operator | Temporarily stops swaps or transfers in an emergency. |
freeze | Operator | Blocks an address linked to theft or fraud from sending, receiving or redeeming. |
burnFrozen / refund | Operator | Burns a frozen address's DUSD and returns the matching USDT — never more — to a fraud victim. Recorded on-chain. |
withdraw | Nobody | This function does not exist. The reserve cannot be taken out by the operator. |

Frequently asked questions
Each DUSD can be redeemed for 1 USDT through the reserve contract, as long as swaps are not paused and your address is not frozen. Its value therefore tracks USDT, which tracks the US dollar.
Use the Swap section on this site (always exactly 1 USDT = 1 DUSD, no fee), or the DUSD/USDT pool on PancakeSwap, where the price follows the market and a 0.25% pool fee applies.
All reserves are USDT held by the reserve contract 0xFcAf…37E4 on BNB Smart Chain. You can verify its balance on BscScan at any time — no trust in an off-chain bank account is required.
No. The reserve contract has no withdraw function. USDT leaves it only when holders redeem, or through a fraud refund that is capped at the amount burned from frozen addresses. You can confirm this in the verified source code.
Wallets display a token's logo and price automatically once it is listed on trackers like CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap — those listings are in progress. Until then, add DUSD once with "Import token" and the official contract address, or use the "Add DUSD to wallet" button.
No. Direct USD is independent and has no connection to Tether, Circle, Binance or any other company. Its reserves are held in USDT, so it depends on USDT.
The code is public, verified on BscScan and built on OpenZeppelin libraries. An independent security audit has not been completed yet and is on the roadmap.
Hold dollars on-chain, with proof.
